Covid-19 inside of White Blood Cell

Covid-19 is said to have a couple effects on the white blood cell:
1) It lowers your lynphocyte count
2) It increases the number of white blood cells in your system

The only savior is the T-cell which destroys the bad cells such as the Covid-19 cell.

I have made a model utilizing all of these factors and objects in order to replicate how Covid-19 alters a white blood cell. As soon as a covid-19 cell hits the white blood cell, more white blood cells appear across the screen. I made it so that these white blood cells appear 5 percent of the time that the Covid cell hits the white blood cell, so that the white blood cells cover the whole screen in a matter of seconds. Also, the lynphocyte cells disappear from the screen when the Covid-19 cell hits the white blood cell.
