Attempt at RNG Rreinforcement AI learning

This is a visual demonstration that was, in hope, made to show the progress that a car would go through in reinforcement learning. However, trying to make your own rules and hardcode the "brain" of AI made this much harder to the point where randomly moving is likely better than these rules set.
