Did you use the GifActor? If you did, all you have to do is rename all your gif file name to all lowercase(i.e "Zergling.gif" to "zergling.gif") and also when you are using it.

yea i did lower all my gif files, but kalvin said he doesn't think is that problem, since it loads, but for some reason it freezes once the zergling comes in, the music still pays though lol

finally working, is because of the gifactor class was capitalized :(
