Two cars try to pop as many balloons in 99 seconds, can be played with a friend
The red car uses the Arrow Keys to move back, foreward and steer
while the blue car uses W, A, S, and D
Red Balloons are worth 1 point
Blue Balloons are worth 2 points
and Yellow Balloons are worth 3 points
