Caesar Shift

This uses the basic Caesar Shift to Encode and Decode a message. The message is created by clicking the buttons. Slide the Roman Soldier up and down the column to set the shift amount then click the Encode button. UNDERSCORE is used instead of SPACE to reduce confusion in the encoded message.
