Don't open gmail. You would be confused Only read this:- Note: i m really not demotivating ur idea. Plz thrust me But i have a problem in ur idea Ur idea will lose its(i mean magnet's) magnetic properties. It will no further be able to attract the tank towards it. I have no objection towards ur idea, but only 1 i.e. the upper one(what i have written).
I just suggested an idea. You are a game developer)))

I don't mean that I was only telling u that i can't implement ur idea due to some reason If i wouldn't have told you the reason why i didn't i implemented ur idea then u might felt angry or disappointed
Roshan123Roshan123

I asked ur advice and u gave ur precious time and gave me some ideas to improve it and then i haven't implemented it......due to some reason This is only the reason why i was telling u

Which app do u use to make ur images transparent???
RcCookieRcCookie

2020/10/26

You can do that in Greenfoot using image.setTransparency(0-255) where image is an instance of GreenfootImage or for colors new Color(redValue, greenValue, blueValue, transparency)
Roshan123Roshan123

2020/10/26

I think using setTransperency will make the whole image transparent If i misunderstood then plz write briefly
Roshan123Roshan123

2020/10/26

Reply it in any of my scenario
Roshan123Roshan123

2020/10/26

Do u mean setImage(new GreenfootImage("TANK ", 24, Color.RED, null));
RcCookieRcCookie

2020/10/26

Your right - setTransparency(int) changes the transparency of the whole image. If you want to create images by hand or from a downloaded one and make some parts transparent, simply try for example Paint3D. Basically any image editor I can think of, except Paint. Just make sure to export it as .png

I use Paint.net but there are many programs that do this, you can also do it in Greenfoot by first setting the color(setColor(newColor ( ... )) and then pixel by pixel discoloring them, but this is more confusing.

That's gonna be a long piece of code

Instead of using showText in world I would like to prefer u to use getBackground().drawImage(new GreenfootImage("String",20,null,null)500,500); I will look more attractive.....
Roshan123Roshan123

Sorry, I mean 'it will look more attractive'
